Customer came through Newport News with a serious issue. Seems a shop in Fayetteville NC put her lift on. Bolts weren't tightened and she lost one of the lower control arm bolts on the trip. Called the shop and within an hour had her back on the road. Also made sure all other bolts were tightened for safety.
